Beltrami 1995 was problematic in the north of the county.  Part was
reflown, work was finally finished circa 1998.

The bel_idx shapefile is an index to the entire county as originally
flown.

The beu_idx ("BEltrami Update") is an index to the reflown stuff.

Don't recall what happened with all this in the AirPhotos Online
context (though I seem to recall doing something with the update); it
has subsequently been supplanted with bbc 2001.

Our online jpeg archive matches bel_idx (starts with flightline 26).

The beu index starts with flightline 1; corresponding scans are not
locateable online.
