coo_idx_original is an index to the project as originally flown

coo_idx_reflown is an index to the frames that were reflown (actually,
they were missed first time out)

coo_idx_merged is a merge of the above two.

coo_idx is coo_idx_merged with centroids adjusted for ortho processing, and serves as master.


Nobody seems to know what coo_brandnew is about...
